Electric scooter crash: Trinity Isome killed, 9

The Hamilton County Coroner's Office has identified a 3-year-old girl killed when a car struck an electric scooter she was riding in West Price Hill Tuesday night as Trinity Isome.

The child lived in that Cincinnati neighborhood, the office said, and died at Good Samaritan Hospital after the collision at Heyward Street and First Avenue about 9 p.m.

Cincinnati police said a 9-year-old child whose name has not been released was also on the scooter and is being treated at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.

The parents of the children took them to the hospital after the wreck, police said.

Police said the driver of the car is cooperating with an ongoing investigation of the crash.
